Ira Howe, aged 84 years and 18 days. - Mr. H. was born in Norfolk, Connecticut, resided at that place until his fourteenth year, then removed into Washington County, NY, and there resided until 1795, at which time he removed into Beekmantown, where he has since resided. An industrious and much esteemed citizen, a faithful friend and an honest man; but being for many years afflicted with disease of body, which ultimately impaired his mental faculties so as in a great measure to incapacitate him from his general business habits.
