Possibly born Barnardiston, Suffolk. The proposed origin of Thomas Lamb in Barnardiston is based on three baptisms only, which are chronologically consistent with what is known of the Roxbury man and his family [TAG 56:99], but this evidence is not conlcusive.

I am searching for two sons of Reed Denzer and Lorraine Pettit. They had 3 children- Merle, Marvin and Thomas between 1940 and 1943. We are told that Marvin had been adopted by other family members, and may be living with a different last name. Thomas we were told was taken by Social Services in about 1948 and adopted to an unknown family with out the consent of his parents. We do not know what Thomas's name may be now. Merle was not taken away.
These children were removed from their home in Glendale, MN in about 1948. Their father Reed, had been away in WWII, and they had lived in a trailer home with their mother, and possibly her parents. We do not know the complete circumstances surrounding the situation, but the family is looking for the two brothers. If you have any information that can help us locate these two men, please contact me.

Purchased 'Poplar Knowles' plantation on West River. "The plantation on which he settled, on the northwest bank of West river, and extending about a mile inland (near the present town of Galesville, a landing of the Chesapeake bay steamboats, and now divided by the public road leading to it), contained two hundred and sixty acres, and had been laid ou four years earlier for John Brown, Christopher Rowles and Richard Moseby, planters.
It was between two branches (then called Brown's and Bachelor's) of the river, and adjoined the plantation of Major Richard Ewen, one of the leaders of the Puritan party in Maryland.
