  Married: Meeting at the Clifts the 18th Day of the 10th Month 1691 Abraham Birckhead and Rebecca Billingsley laid their intentions of marriage before this Meeting, it being the second Time, and those ??? who were appointed by the last monthly Meeting at West River to inspect into their ??? from former Engagements, Consent of Parents and Relationis, finding no Objections, and the young Womans Parents, signifying their free consent before this meeting doth therefore leave it to them to appoint a Time and Place for the Accomplishment of their intended marriage and Nehemiah Birckhead and Rich Johns are desired to assist them in that affair.
