Agreement by the sons and sons -in-law of Daniel Kellogg for distribution of the estate of their brother Benjamin was signed by Daniel, Samuel and J oseph Kellogg, Abraham Nichols, John Clark, and Sarah Brins made. One of the sisters, Mary Platt, Widow, did not sign, but sent her consent.
