    The Minnesota Official Marriage System website lists a marriage on Jul 26, 1902 between Gustav Kindel and Augusta Neils. I am unsure whether this is my Gustof or not.

    The death certificate of Gustav Kindel indicates the cause of death was "Suicide by carbolic acid poisoning." The certificate also indicates that he is a widower, first married at age 23 and the parent of 9 children, of whom 8 are living.
