His occupation is listed as laundry driver collecter, and a notation that says, "used to horses." His employer is listed as the Yale Laundry in Superior, Wisconsin. He lists his nearest relative as his father Claude Spicer, clergyman, born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who resides in Carlton, MN. The registrar notes he is of medium height and build with blue eyes and light brown hair.
