Also enumerated are 5 boarders, all of whom work for the steam railroad. Census: 1940 census at Minneapolis, Hennepin, MN shows Joseph O. Brass, 51, b. MN, same house 1935; Victoria, 55, b. MN. Also enumerated are 4 lodgers. Census: 1950 census shows Joseph O. Brass, 71, widowed, b. MN. He is living at 2750 18th Ave., So., in Minneapolis. There are three other men enumerated there as lodger's, they all work for the railroad. Died: At the time of his death Joseph was listed as living at 2750 18th Avenue South, Minneapolis, Hennepin, MN. His parents are listed as Bernard and Mary (unknown) Brass.
