    I Thomas Parsons of Anne Arundel County in ye Province of Maryland, being sick of body but of perfect disposition [and] memory, thanks be to God, do make, constitute, ordain & appoint this to be my Last Will & Testament, revoking, annulling, & utterly making void all other will or wills & this wholly to be taken, affirmed, and held for my Last Will & Testament, as aforesaid, in manner & form following -

    Imprimis. I give & bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Parsons one shilling. -

    I give & bequeath unto my daughter Isabell Parsons fifty acres of Land which is joining upon Anthony Holland's & Benjamin Capill's lines for her to have & hold at her day of marriage for to be hers and her heirs forever, & if ye said Isabell Parsons should die without any issue of her body, then this land is to fall to ye two youngest. -

    I give & bequeath unto my daughters Mary Parsons & Susanna Parsons my plantation which I live upon & all things belonging thereunto. I give it unto them to be equally divided betwixt them after their mother's decease to be theirs & their heirs forever. And if these two should die without any heirs of their bodies, then this plantation is to fall to ye two youngest to be theirs and their heirs forever.--

    I give to my daughters Sarah & Hannah Parsons betwixt them, I give a two year old heifer named Mealy. I give it betwixt them for it & its increase to be equally divided betwixt them & to be theirs and their heirs forever. And likewise I give unto these my two daughters to each of them the first two colts that my mare brings, let them be horse colts or mare colts, to be theirs and their heirs forever.

    And further I do hereby constitute & ordain & appoint my loving friends Anthony Holland & Benjamin Capill to be my whole & sole Executors of this my Last Will & Testament & for ye true performance hereof I have here set my hand and seal this tenth day of October in ye year of our Lord 1683.

    In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Price of the County of Baltimore in the Province of Maryland, Planter, being of sound & disposing mind & memory blessed be God for the same and considering the uncertainty of Life & the certainty of Death do hereby make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say-

    I give Device and bequeath unto my sons Samuel Price and Thomas Price and the child my wife is now with child with a Plantation which I now live upon to be equally divided between them and in event of either of the said children should die without issue or before they attain to the age of twenty one years then to go to the survivor of them their heirs and assignees forever. And in case of all the aforsaid children should Die without issue and before they attain to the age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath the aforsaid Plantation with all and in singular to appartures unto my son Benjamin Price to him and his heirs forever. And do I give & Devise & Bequeath unto my Children Equally to be divided all my personal Estate which I shall die profit of my debts and Funeral Expenses being first paid and is satisfied and I do ordain my beloved brother Benjamin Price and my beloved wife Kathura Price to be my Executor & Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke all former Wills heretofore and declare this to be my Last Will & Testament . ? whereof I the said Thomas Price have hereunto set my hand & seal this Sixth Day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & forty.

    On the back of the aforegoing will is thus written-Mordecai Price & William Findley two of the Subscribing Witness to the within will appeared before me and the said Mordecai Price being one of the ????? solemnly affirm and the said William Findley being duly and Solemnly sworn on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God ? and each of them did say that they saw the Testator Thomas Price sign the within will and heard him Publish & declare the same to be his last Will & Testament that at this time of his ? he was to the best of their apprehension of sound & Disposing mind & memory and that they with Samuel ? the other Subscribing witness Subscribed their Respective names as witnesses to ? said Will in presence of the said Testator & at his Request which oath & affirmation was taken by of said witnesses before me this 5th Day of August 1741.     The "Baltimore County Families " book lists Christopher Jr. and Ezekiel as children of Christopher and Sarah. The 1790 census for Maryland lists a Samuel Cole as a son of Christopher. A Thomas Cole died in Jefferson County, Ohio in 1808, and his will stated that he was a son of Christopher. The Jefferson County Historical Association assembled a "Cole Family Document" that lists these four Coles (Christopher Jr., Ezekiel, Samuel and Thomas) and six other additional Coles (Mordecai, Sarah, Hannah, Elizabeth, John and William) as children of Christopher and Sarah Cole. There were two other Coles who were in Jefferson County in the early 1800's who could have been sons of Christopher and Sarah: Mordecai Cole , who died in Jefferson County in 1813 and William Cole who married Anna Talbot.
