He lists his permanent address as the St. Peter State Hospital but that has been lined out and replaced by Martin Co., Minn. He lists his nearest relative as Orin Bacon, RFD 1, Truman, Minn. Other sources give his birth year as 1779, given that he was enumerated in the 1880 census in June the 1880 years is incorrect.
