Obituary of Lillian V. Hanson mentioned she worked for the Veterans Administration and that she was survived by her sister Viola Sjoberg of Richfield; 1/2 sister, Bernice Connor of Pillager, and stepsister Arlene Shackle of New Brighton.

At the time of her death Lillian resided at 6629 Queen Av S. in Minneapolis. The informant on her death certificate was Viola Sjoberg at the same address.

Cause of death, acute myocardial infarction (heart attack).

Minnesota records the birth of Anna Viola Mathilda Sjoberg on Mar 24, 1919 in Hennepin Co., MN, the maiden name of her mother is not given.
The 1920 census lists Anna V. Hanson, age 9/12, b. MN, niece, living with Carl and Clara Sjoberg.
The 1930 census lists Anna V. Sjoberg, b. MN, age 11, living with Carl and Clara Sjoberg, she is listed as their daughter.

Anna Mathilda (Larson) Hanson dies of complications of childbirth on Mar. 28, 1919.

My guess is that Anna is the daughter of Victor and Anna Hanson and that she was adopted by her aunt and uncle.
In the 1920 census, Lillian Hanson, elder daughter of Victor and Anna is found living with her aunt and uncle, Otto and Emma Carlson, she is later found back in the household of her father Victor and his 2nd wife Cecelia Sjoberg. The informant for the death certificate of Lillian Hanson is Viola Sjoberg who lives at the same address.
Anna's obituary lists a sister, Lillian Hanson, as preceding her in death.

Viola Sjoberg is enumerated at the "Augustana Young Womens Home, a Working Girls Religious residence."
Her age is 31, never married and her occupation is typing and shorthand for a social agency headquarters (Salvation Army). The census records she had worked 41 hours the previous week.

Obituary:
Anna's obituary lists Lilllian Hanson as a sister, confirming my theory that her birth parents were Victor and Anna (Larson) Hanson.
Anna's death certificate lists Carl and Clara as parents although the informant was a conservator, not a family member.
